How Much Protein is in your Protein Powder?

In this ever-changing society, the most powerful and enduring brands are built from the heart. They are real and sustainable. Their foundations are stronger because they are built with the strength of the human spirit, not an ad campaign. The companies that are lasting are those that are authentic.

Picking a protein can be confusing. It can also be frustrating if you are someone just looking to go online or into GNC and grab a jug of protein.

True Nutrition is the best protein company because they are AUTHENTIC. Recently, they posted an exhausting amount of research and information on their facebook page. Scroll down to March 5th and you can read it in its entirety.

Admittedly, I haven’t read it yet. But what they put in their protein and how much protein they say is in there is actually in there. Now that I’ve admitted to not reading it, I’ve damned myself so that will happen today. Chaos and Pain’s Blog has a list of proteins showing what is on the label and the actual amount that was tested in a lab. It’s pretty gross looking at the discrepancies with a lot of the companies products. Check it out here.

This is important information to have in your arsenal as an athlete, fitness enthusiast, crossfitter, weightlifter, or average gym goer. Maximizing money with quality protein should be the goal, even if it means spending a few extra bucks. And even if you don’t go with True Nutrition at least pick one of the top proteins based off the Chaos and Pain protein review.

Let me know if you have any questions! My suggestion is to get one of the top proteins on this list and use Precision Nutrition’s shake guide. This is something I have available and give to all of my athletes and suggest putting it on your fridge for reference.
