Pre-lift:

100 pull aparts

 50 back raises

50 face pulls

Lift:

Power Clean + Push Press (x3) work up to max then reduce for 2×2 at 90%

Front Squat x 3- Pause 3 seconds on 1st rep to 3RM

Goblet Carry 5×50 yards

Plate Front Raise x 20 + 100 yard Overhead Carry x 3-5
