5 minute flow

Pre-Lift:

100 pull aparts

 50 face pulls

25 pull ups

50 push ups

50 back raises

10 OH Squats

Lift:

Overhead Press + 5 lbs from last training

Snatch Grip Push Press x 2 + OH Squat x 2 to max

Clean EMOM x10 minutes @ 80% or higher

1 arm continuous carry x 5 x 50 yards
