1 arm carry x 50 yards x 2

50 back raises

Lift:

Front Squat + 2 Jerks 3-5 x 2

Rear Elevated Split Squat 5×10

Incline DB Bench 4×6

Circuit:

1 Arm Overhead Carry x 5 x 50 yards each arm
