50 face pulls

50 back raises

10 Goblet Squats

20 Push Ups

Lift:

Overhead Press + 5lbs from last time

5×10 Squats + 10lbs from last time

Circuit x 3 each arm

1 Arm Carry x 50 yards

10 1-arm rows
