When the roadblocks come, how will you respond? It’s easy to answer with keep going. What will you fall back on when the time comes? Routines? Rituals? Creating habits is one way to keep some semblance of structure in times of struggle. And other times quitting a habit and starting anew can create novelty in life.

The challenges are present every day. Creating momentum, no matter how small is key to overcoming challenges. If you are feeling down and nothing seems to get you going, stay the course. Stay with your habits and keep the structure. When you get a chance to catch your breath, evaluate if you want to change habits.

Fear is going to be a player in your life. But don’t allow it to control you. Be present in your life and choose courage and love instead of fear. We are far more capable than we can imagine. Go in the direction of your current goals and even if you aren’t feeling the greatest, the smallest of wins can take you over the top.

Belief is a powerful feeling. I believe in you.
