Pre-lift:

100 band pull aparts

20 Halo’s

10 Goblet squats

20 KB swings

50 Back raises

Lift:

OH Press + 5lbs from last workout

5×10 Squat + 10lbs from last time- we’re getting close to done with these 😉

Circuit x 5

OH Plate Carry x 50 yards

Plate front raises x 10

Plate triceps extension x 10 or 10 push ups

Hammer curls (plate or DB) x 10
