 60 face pulls

50 back raises

Overhead bar duck walks + press from snatch

Lift:

Snatch EMOM x 10 minutes

Pull ups x 50

Dips 10×10

Mini Circuit:

1 arm continuous carry x 5 then,

Waiter Walk x 3 continuous
