5 minute Flow 

Pre-Lift:

100 jump rope 2 feet

50 jump rope 1 foot (each)

100 Pull aparts

50 Back raises

10 Goblet squats

50 Face pulls

Continuous 1 Arm Carry x 3 ea.

Lift:

Snatch EMOM x 10 minutes @ 75-80%

Overhead Press 3×5 +5lbs from last training (remember sets across)

Push Ups x 100

Pull ups x 50

Mini Circuit x 5

Muscle Snatch x 5 + OH Carry x 50 yards
