Continuous 1 Arm Carry x 2 each arm

10 Goblet Squats

Lift:

Snatch to comfortable max

Front Squat 3×5

Push Press 5×10

Circuit x 3

Plate front raises x 20

Plate triceps extension x 20

Hammer curls x 20
