“In life you find pleasure. In life you find pain. Pain and pleasure is an example of the duality in life. Enjoy them both, they are part of the ride. The key is to not turn the pain into something else – regret.”

J.R. Rim

Grit – Noun – courage and resolve; strength of character.

Resilience – Noun – the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.

Grit and resilience will separate you from the pack. Courage to face your fears and walk into the darkness; resolve to pick yourself up when you fail; capacity to pick yourself up quickly and get back on the horse; and the toughness to continue facing the challenges necessary to become the strongest version of yourself.

Everybody says “I want this or that goal” without the capacity to do what it takes to achieve it. It doesn’t matter what you want. SHOW ME!

The people walking the walk are too busy to talk. They are on the journey. Talking is wasted energy. Focus on personal development. Develop the often forgotten muscles; courage, grit, resilience, willpower.

Forget average. Be great!
