Moving forward requires a combination of action and mindfulness. Taking action gets the ball rolling – momentum is in your favor. Mindfulness aids in staying in the present and taking lessons in stride.

One without the other is not beneficial. We need to be mindful of our actions and learn from our missteps. Action involves a choice – and choosing to NOT do something is just as much action as hitting the weight room to better yourself.

Take action – Be mindful – Be grateful
